Ninemer Communications is a local communication consultancy firm established in 2010. The agency has a strong roster of B2C and B2B clients spanning industries such as FMCG, government, MICE, travel and more. Our agency is looking for dedicated and dynamic individuals to add to our team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Assist our account teams in ongoing PR, social media and digital projects.
2. Research for media materials, social media outreach or new business proposals.
3. Monitor, collate and analyse media coverage.
4. Manage monthly reports to derive insights.
5. Other administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED

A diploma in any subject is acceptable, although English, journalism, media studies or mass communications are preferred. In-house or Agency experience in corporate communications or public relations will be advantageous.

Job Description:

• Design and develop print and digital marketing materials ranging from brochures, ads, infographics, postcards, banners, gifts, email campaigns, display banners, and web assets and other graphics.

• Design, manage and execute creative ideas including mock ups for digital marketing campaigns based on the specific requirements/briefs and good customer experience principles.

• Create digital design work for websites and social media platforms.

• Establish the look and feel of the brand/campaigns in order to develop leads and stimulate sales. Design logo, icons, colour palettes, typography, and stationary design and create the brand guidelines.

• Utilize marketing assets to develop new, unique ideas and adapt key design elements across many different digital touchpoints while maintaining high standards and overall consistency within established guidelines

• Adapt existing key art to various digital marketing formats for Facebook, Google, eDMs and more.

• Develop mock-ups into functional web pages. Work with cross-functional teams to bring graphic and web design ideas from scratch to life, while adhering to style standards on fonts, colours and images. Illustrate design ideas by using mock-ups, process flows and sitemaps.

• Design and develop streamlined web page templates intended for reuse.

• Use strong UX/UI principles when designing for mobile and web-based marketing assets to create converting e-commerce website

• Coordinate and execute promotional materials that will be published onto the website and print collaterals.

• Create new converting and interactive designs/layout for A/B testing in order to support the marketing team in optimizing their content and inbound marketing strategies.

Requirements:

· Knowledge in graphic design, marketing field

· Professional design experience

· Portfolio of strong creative work

· Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

· Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS would be an advantage

· Social media and digital marketing experience will be a plus
