Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Min Diploma or above in Logistics/Business Administration.
• Experience:Advantageous: Air freight environment and export/import documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Process:

• Follow Malca-Amit export procedures.
• Prepare and manage export documentation (shipping documents, permits).
• Ensure all export paperwork is accurate and complete.

Quality Control and Inspection:

• Ensure compliance with company and import standards.
• Verify HAWB labels, seal numbers, and import documentation.

Customs Compliance:

• Collaborate with customs brokers or authorities to meet regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed on changes to import laws and tariffs.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Handle inquiries and issues to ensure high customer satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders.

Logistics Coordination:

• Oversee logistics for imports, including shipping, transportation, and warehousing.
• Liaise with service providers and the MA network to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Record-Keeping and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipping documents, customs declarations, and temporary import shipments.
• Ensure all data is correctly entered into the NG system.

• Responsible for achieving the group's growth goals
• Responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing plan and achieving pre-established, quantifiable objectives
• Budget analysis, yearly budget planning, scheduling of expenses, and ensuring that the sales force meets quotas and targets.

Qualifications:

• Sales background in the maritime industry with at least five to ten years of experience
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline.

Responsibilities
