Duties of Business Development Executive:

• Conduct tender site visits, prepare proposals, and deliver sales pitches to potential clients.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualification and Experience

Experience

Should possess minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in insurance marketing and working in a local/international company.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with IFA firms and increase sales performance from IFA firms and Bank Partners.

• Monitor day to day Admin support to IFA firm and Bank partners.

• Tie-up with new IFA and regular follow up

• Explore tie-up with new banks for Banca channel.

• To gather information of Competitors products and new product/concepts launches in the insurance market of Singapore.

• Design and execute distribution related motivation, town halls and incentive meetings (together with Training Executive where relevant)

• Providing inputs for new Product Development Process as per the need of market.
