Overview

The role holder, reporting to the Financial Controller, is

- To be responsible for managing day-to-to-today activities in treasury and corporate functions to meet the financial and regulatory obligations of the group.

- To assist the Group in audit and accounts functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Treasury

• To perform a broad range of treasury functions which includes cash management; bank loan management including rollovers, drawdown and compliance.

• To manage intercompany loans.

• To maintain & update all relevant banking records which include maintaining bank account Master Database, updating of consolidated report of banking facilities / charges and utilization.

• In charge of opening and maintenance of bank accounts, internet banking and application of bank facilities.

• To support business stakeholders in FX and trade financing matters.

• To identify business and market opportunities and work closely with banks for new funding scheme and evaluate current scheme for improvement.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on Tax compliance requests such as FATCA.

• To prepare weekly cash flow consolidation, consisting of short- and medium-term requirements.

Corporate

• To assist in the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.

• To assist in ensuring filing compliance in accordance with relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

Accounting and Audit

• To support audit related matters including preparation of bank and directors’ confirmations.

• To assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable financial reporting standards and group guidelines.

• To assist in the review of payments and receipts.

Others

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders by providing high level support and engagement and maintain consistent strong operational relationships.

• To work with Legal Department on Banks’ Letter of Offer and negotiate terms and conditions with our banks.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will assist the Corporate Secretarial Management Team in handling a portfolio of clients in the preparation of resolutions, statutory forms and attend to other corporate secretarial duties and any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

The ideal candidates should be Diploma holders in Law & Management or Business Administration and are keen to pursue a career in the corporate secretarial profession with definite plans to obtain a Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) qualification. Knowledge of MS Word office applications is essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Capital Markets & Strategic Finance to lead our financial strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee capital planning, fundraising, financial analysis, and investor relations to support our business growth and long-term objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate finance within a high-growth, dynamic environment, preferably in fintech or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning:

• Develop and execute the company’s corporate finance strategy to align with business objectives
• Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with growth targets

2. Investor Relations:

• Drive equity and debt financing efforts, including preparing pitch decks, financial models, and engaging with potential investors
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with venture capitalists and asset backed lenders
• Manage quarterly updates, annual reports, and board presentations

3. Capital Markets:

• Conduct ongoing maintenance of Cinch’s Asset backed lending facility and financing capacity needs, including monitoring and documenting the terms of all facilities. This involves actively reviewing deal documents and engaging in negotiations with stakeholders to optimize risk-adjusted terms and improve overall positioning
• Perform deep analysis work of collateral, transaction and portfolio performance data to support collateral performance forecasting, investor package preparation, and rating agency package preparation
• Work with lines of business and other finance teams to develop new product analysis, including portfolio/collateral characteristics, peer group funding analysis and collateral comparison, rating agency report review, and any other information to support new product funding strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital and managing investor relations
• Expertise in asset-backed lending, financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques
• Demonstrated experience in cash flow management and investor reporting
• Strong understanding of the fintech industry and emerging trends
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Perform the preparation and cooking of assigned menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils at all times.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food processing regulations set by the company and government.
