Your role as an executive assistant will require you to play a key role in supporting and empowering our senior leadership. You will be a proactive problem solver with experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. Attention to detail is a must. The Challenges :

• Collaborate with the IT Manager and internal stakeholders to enhance IT support functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.
• Support the Clinical Operations team by engaging with multidisciplinary stakeholders (e.g., doctors, clinic staff) to meet diverse needs and achieve patient-centered care and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with users and IT vendors for the delivery and implementation of IT solutions and services.
• Set up and deploy desktop/laptop computers and associated software, including managing Windows Active Directory (AD).

Role Description:

• Responsible for ensuring goods are properly updated into system, ensuring landed costs are up and products are ready for release to outlets
• Prepare goods receive list as per supplier’s invoice
• Process Purchase Order for overseas suppliers
• Release goods to outlets for replenish stocks
• Update products’ expiry date and inform relevant departments
• Create new products from both house brands and suppliers in the system
• Calculate Landed Cost per order and updating stock status in the system
• Request & Monitor min max are inputted for new products and replenish stocks
• Prepare EAN barcode information for new products
• Feedback for any discrepancies when goods received
• Create adjustments for purchase order when require
• Clear outstanding purchase orders and sorting of documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties and/or projects assigned by the management

Role Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experienced in Product Management in retail industry is a bonus
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand what will appeal to customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented, organized, meticulous with problem solving skills
• High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Description

• The incumbent will help maintain and expand the network with community partners, corporates, and other social and community services to support the organization's needs. Spearhead, conceptualize, and implement volunteer programs/activities to ensure the delivery of quality service will meet the needs of the residents in a nursing home.

Your role & responsibilities will include:

• Managing all elements of volunteering within the organization
• Recruitment of volunteers
• Identify ways to sustain and improve partnered initiatives to build relationships to support the department's needs
• Able to develop and maintain networks and partnerships with various community partners
• Monitor, evaluate, and accredit volunteers
• Track and update records and maintain a database of volunteers and partners to ensure critical information is captured for timely submission
• Plan, organize, and roll out activities and programs accordingly to support resident's social needs
• Provide support in any other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Min Degree or Advanced Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, or Service Sector disciplines
• Minimum 2 years experience in community healthcare settings in Singapore
• Hands-on experience in a community partnership role
