• Faculty Recruitment: Oversee tenure-track and tenured faculty recruitment, planning outreach and candidate identification.
• Faculty Appointments: Manage non-tenure track faculty appointments and re-appointments, handling the entire process.
• Performance Appraisal: Coordinate and oversee the annual faculty performance appraisal, ensuring timely completion and policy adherence.
