JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Director of Technical Services (MEP) is part of the Design and Technical Services team who collectively make design and strategic decisions pertaining to the brands and properties of Capella Hotel Group. • Assist in the review of Fire, Life & Safety standards, Food Safety and Health & Hygiene policies as relate to design and operation of hotels.
• Regular review of Engineering Reports provided by operating hotels:

- Life safety systems, regular drills and trainings.

- Building security systems and controls.

- Energy efficiency optimization efforts.

- Preventive maintenance of building mechanical and physical condition.

- Schedules for yearly maintenance/repair budgets, and Capex upgrades.

Qualification

Work Experience
