Job Summary

You will deliver account servicing and project management relating to the commerciality of a store layout which includes full architectural drawing packages to vertical circulation between floors, customer service in store and facade design.

A Day in the Life:

• Responsible for account servicing and ensure that the project deliverables are achieved in accordance to contracts
• Ensure smooth take-over and handover of sites
• Formulate project plans that effectively allocate the resources required by the projects
• Lead, monitor and implement the projects with the assurance that timelines, workmanship, safety and technical aspects are met in accordance to requirements
• Manage all project risks and issues
• Submit relevant documents to Landlord, building management and/or relevant authority in a timely manner
• Prepare project budget and billing
• Ensure all works meet quality standards and government regulations
• Assess the performance of the contractors and verify their claims for variations and payments
• Ensure that the expenditure of the projects are kept within budgeted costs and targeted margin
• Attend meetings and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and any other parties involved in the project
• Inspect off-site fabrication and on-site installation
• Ensure that all the defects have been rectified before the arrangement for pre-site inspection
• Perform any other ad hoc duties

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Management, Quantity Survey or related field of study
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in retail and corporate office interiors
• Project management experience across a range of disciplines, contract and procurement
• Preferably with knowledge in furniture industry
• Strong leadership, organisation and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to read design drawings, architectural/technical blueprints and shop drawings
• Well versed in MS Office applications, internet research skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Technology, Operations and Coverage teams to drive timely, cost effective and high-quality Delivery of strategically aligned product solutions.

Qualifications:

• Providing cross-border legal advice/support to wealth management initiatives as well as its products and services offered internationally working in close coordination with internal and external lawyers of different countries and jurisdictions and keeping updated on legal developments related to offshore wealth management services in different countries;
• Coordinating with Litigation legal team to handle litigation matters and certain regulatory responses and advising on client fraud events and data breach related matters;
• Negotiating and drafting documentation such as client agreements, general terms and conditions, client forms and side letters;
• Supporting the business on the review of all manner of client types and wealth structures such as client trust, estate, executor and corporate entities to confirm authority and due execution of transaction documents and addressing KYC/AML related aspects of such structures.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with external parties such as banks, government agencies, corporate secretaries, auditors, and other stakeholders to fortify professional relationships and ensure compliance.
• Liaison with directors and assist to initiate, monitor and implement new corporate initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring KPI performance trackers and identify deviations from norms to the directors for review and follow up on directors’ directives.

Ideal Candidate

• Should have at least 2 years of managerial &/or senior coordinator experience in relevant industries like medical aesthetics, healthcare or wellness.
• Excellent in communication with seniors, peers, team members as well as customers and external parties.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese will be required as the role requires liaison with our Chinese counterparts.
• Ability to solve problems or recommend solutions to decision makers using analytical approach and quantitative analysis.
• Proven ability in creating results through conducting weekly meetings and initiating ad-hoc meetings.
• Strong in presentation skills both to the directors and to frontline staff during weekly meetings.
• Proficient in using flow charting, tables, charting and PowerPoint to present ideas to assist directors and communicate analysis and recommendations to decision makers.
• Savvy with digital and IT tools. Prior experience with Google workspace, Google doc / Gsheet, 365 Ms word, excel, GenAi will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, energetic, demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented and being able to work independently as well as being an effective team player.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to think strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
