This role is for a lawyer with a technology focus, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary. Your focus will be to support the business, operations, and tech teams on contracts with third parties (including with group entities) to support Trust and its customer value proposition. The Role Responsibility:

• Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
