Job Description

The primary purpose of the role is to serve as the liaison between the Bank and our customers, to establish a positive banking relationship with new and existing clients, and to serve their banking needs via our Bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge & Experience Required:

• Degree holder with more than 10 years of direct relevant Wealth Management experience with at least 7 years’ experience with China-Based clients.
• Completed professional qualifications: CMFAS & CACS preferred.
• Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, the incumbent will be managing a team of supervisors, team leads and operations agents to consistently meet service standards and performance within budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Provide great service quality and continuously improve performance on all level of operation activities in exceed customers’ needs
• Support the Senior Director in optimizing process flows, maintenance of facilities and equipment to meet business and customer’s needs.
• Work with vendor to ensure adequate staffing levels and that all activities meet operational service standards and Global SOP
• Co-ordinate with Supervisors and Managers in Service Centres on operational matters (e.g. cut-off time, shuttles, priority loading for special products etc.).
• Coordinate with Ground Handling Agent (GHA) on shipment recovery and lodgment.
• Communicate with GHA on service recovery during incident such as shipment off-load.
• React promptly to inquiries directed from QCC agents and NCG Managers, ensuring all issues and problems are well addressed and resolved.
• Coordinate the empty ULD loading requirement to maximize utilization.
• Plan loading and unloading priorities of outbound and inbound ULD’s.
• Coordinate plans with NCG team to plan space for transshipments on commercial and network flights.
• Proactive meetings with Performance Management team to ensure adequate focus for all KPIs
• Manage shift operations, delivering great service quality & complying with Global SOP standards.
• Make prompt and effective decisions to address any issues encountered during the shift operation
