About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Finance Managerto lead and execute strategic financial initiatives for the company and its associate entities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, with at least 4 years in a leadership role

Job Responsibilities

Treasury and Banking matters

• Monitor cash flow and placement of fixed deposits.
• Perform administration duties related to banking (i.e. opening/closing of bank account, internet banking platform, corporate/virtual credit cards etc.).

Any Other Matters

• Participate in process improvement and enhancements to accounting systems
• Maintain and communicate finance policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Provide guidance on fundraising and donation matters in accordance with MOE guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a related field.
