Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in issuing invoices to customers using ERP system for Singapore & overseas subsidiaries on timely manner.
• To assist in recording AR receipts into the accounting system and to ensure all AR collection is up to date.
• To generate payment vouchers to vendors so that AP schedule is according to the payment cycle.
• To update vendors invoices into the accounting system from time to time so that AP ageing is constantly updated.
• To review, check and verify staff claims so that all the claims are comply with the employee’s handbook guidelines and claims procedures.
• To check vendors’ SOA and compare the figures to our system to ensure no invoices are omitted.
• To assist in month end closing activities in term of bank reconciliation, GL, accrual, depreciation and prepayment entries.
• To prepare inter-company billings and ensure that all business transactions are properly recorded to the respective entities.
• To assist in GST quarterly filling for Singapore registered entities, and SST filing for overseas entities.
• To work closely with local subsidiaries/ auditors/ tax agents/ vendors to ensure that all financial transactions and records are in accordance with applicable local accounting standards, as well as statutory and tax requirements.
• To maintain property asset register and review property capital expenditure.
• To ensure the maintenance of adequate internal controls, proper accounting practices across the group, and ongoing compliance with group policies/statutory requirements.
• To liaise with external auditors, taxation officers and corporate secretarial company.
• Any additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, and experience in group accounting will be an added advantage.
• Must know how to do full sets of accounts, and knowledge in consolidation experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge in Singapore tax, audit and accounting laws, practices and regulations.
• Ability to analyse financial statements and is able to identity errors in financial reporting.
• Organised and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines effectively.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and invoicing.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure smooth cash flow.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Taxation and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations, including GST and corporate tax filings.
• Assist with audits to ensure accurate and compliant financial records.

Budgeting and Analysis:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for management decision-making.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Work with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide financial support to business units, including cost accounting and project budgeting.

Other Duties:

• Maintain and update company financial policies and internal control procedures.
• Support group-level financial consolidation and system optimization.

Requirements:

• Education and Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA, CPA, or CA certification is a strong advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant financial experience in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore financial and tax regulations; experience in the blockchain industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

Language and Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Chinese is a plus, especially for handling Chinese documents or cross-border transactions.

We are seeking a full-time candidate to assist in the Finance & Administrative Department. Candidates with related qualifications & working experience are most essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Consolidation of Group Accounts & review of subsidiary accounts
• Handle full set of company’s account and monthly financial reports
• Cash-flow management of the company’s account & clients’ accounts (IBPA)
• Prepare periodic budget & forecast analysis & monthly management reports
• Trade debtors and creditors control and general ledger reconciliation
• Revaluation of trade debtors and creditors and monitoring monthly Ageing reports
• Prepare MAS statutory returns & regulatory compliance and liaise with MAS officials
• Conversant with IFRS standards & Insurance Intermediaries Act
• Handle corporate taxation matters & attend IRAS queries & liaison with tax agents
• Reconciliation of monthly group office accounts & intercompany balances
• Prepare GST returns and ensure timely submission to IRAS
• Review of staff expense claims, operating expenses & online payment instructions
• Liaison with external auditors, corporate secretary, and other government officials
• Assist in Corporate Secretarial duties, HRM & general office administration
• Monitor contracts administration and renewals including TOBA, KYC/CDD
• Review & administration of office general insurance needs, including claims/renewal
• Assist in IT-related work, co-ordination & follow-up with external vendor(s)

Requirements:

• ACCA / Degree in Accountancy or Finance from respectable Universities
• Must be conversant in the Companies Act, Insurance Act, PDPA, local taxation
• Mature, responsible & able to work independently, and can work under pressure
• Positive attitude, strong self-motivation, pro-active and initiative to learn
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal & people skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Pivot Table/PowerPoint/Words
