Job Description:

• Manage & Optimize the Security operation in the facility
• Audit & Inspection for facility security
• Carry out surveillance on Safety violations, vandalism or suspicious activities or persons on the premises
• Perform regular perimeter checks and patrols
• Operate and maintain security control equipment
• Maintain logs and records of occurrences, submit incident reports where necessary
• Preparation and filing of documents in relation to Security service & Commute Bus operation
• Manage & Coordinate with Security service companies(Subcontractor) and the others
• Manage safety works for company and subcontractor.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Strong building and Security service knowledge with hands-on experiences
• Proven experience in Security service management in a large-scale facility (Minimum 5 years of experience in related field)
• Report writing and presentation skills
• Able to perform shift work, work on weekends and public holidays
• Skills for setting up SOP for facility securities
• Expertise & Experience in planning & installation for Security Facilities necessary
• Experience for security control in VIP visiting, large scale ceremony and so on
• Candidate with Security Service Cert preferable (Senior Security Supervisor or above)

• Adhere to safety protocols, policies, and procedures; address risky behaviours of self and others.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete work assignments.
• Perform repetitive tasks in a GMP environment, ensuring a clean workspace.
• Prepare reports such as daily pass-downs, track equipment inventory, and manage maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor and maintain supplies inventory, issuing equipment and supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment by employees.
• Report personnel and customer issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, including training, inspections, and data collection.
• Ensure logbook compliance, accurately completing tasks according to site SOPs.
• Assist Supervisor in completing punch list items when necessary.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems and respond effectively in critical situations.
• Consistently follow all customer and SBM SOPs and procedures.
• Respond to customer requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Fully train in area job functions for specific shift assignment and area classification including wall, floors, ceiling, glass windows, wipe-downs, maintenance issue reporting and shut-down cleaning.
• Accurately complete daily cleaning logs.
• Be trained and certified in gowning procedures for the assigned area and complete all required training modules.
• Complete all safety certifications, including chemical safety and support shift lead with work orders and identified tasks for the assigned area.

3-6 months contract (Convertible to perm)

Location: Pasir Panjang

Working hours: Mon- Fri 9am to 6pm

Job Scope:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Building Management, Landlords, and contractors.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of office administration and facilities services.
• Ensure consistency in administrative standards across multiple locations.
• Provide daily support for office facilities, including equipment maintenance and office supplies management.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and reduce costs to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate renovation and relocation projects with property agencies, landlords, and contractors across various Asian countries.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating prices and contracts, and reviewing facility-related agreements.
• Review and verify quotations and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirement

• 5-8 years of experience in Facilities Management with regional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent with detailed mind and hands on attitude
• Adaptable, proactive, and well-organised
