Event Management, Strategy and Delivery

• Act as the primary liaison for all vendors, including caterers, AV technicians, decorators, and transportation providers.

Risk Assessment and Compliance

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all events, including camps and off-site activities, ensuring alignment with health and safety regulations.

• Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges or emergencies during events.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with stakeholders to align events with the school’s branding and objectives.
• Partner with academic staff to design events that support student learning, engagement, and well-being.
• Provide guidance and advisory services as the school’s in-house events agency, ensuring adherence to best practices and established protocols.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Events unit.
• Assume the role of Event Lead for designated events, taking full ownership of the planning and execution.

• Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Plan, organize, and execute events of various sizes, including trade shows, conferences, and workshops.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, partners, and customers to ensure a successful event experience.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Preferably 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in the defence and security industry preferred.
• Some engineering background will be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work well in a team.
• Preferably willing to travel overseas for events.
• Organized and meticulous.
