Collaboration and Communication:

• Partner with the sales and product teams to understand business goals and align advertising strategies accordingly.

Position Requirement:

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience being a Marketing Manager ,preferably in the Education or relevant industry.
• Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms.
• Experience with additional data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.

· Develops a personal network within the business sector and represents the Company with customers and at business sector events. Obtains market intelligence and enhances the visibility and reputation of the Company, its products, services and ability to provide holistic safety solutions.

· Configures product and services solutions and associated contractual terms that meet the customers' mid- to long-term needs, taking input from relevant internal specialists. Presents the solution to customer representatives and negotiates agreement within a pre-defined range of commercial parameters.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field, with minimum 5 years of marine sales working experience or related industries.

· Strong familiarity and networks within the marine space.

· Experience in direct sales or from technical product know-how and/or support of the sales process.

Job Description & Requirements

• Work closely with the Management and Line Departments in the pursuit for continuous improvements in the service, products and menu items, promotions and to meet productivity and profitability KPIs set by the Management.
• Plan the weekly staff roster, rotate and schedule all staff for full coverage to maximize productivity.
• Manage the sales revenue and operating expenses of the outlet, in accordance with the budget, so as to ensure cost optimization and minimize wastage.
• Monitor the activities of competitors and constantly find ways to improve menu offering and customer experience, so as to grow the F&B outlet’s revenue.
• To be actively involved in the advertising and marketing of the F&B outlet, and to work closely with the Marketing and Banquet teams.
• Responsible for ensuring and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction and to attend to customer issues promptly.
• To provide excellent service standards at all times, and to ensure courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers.
• Review customer feedback forms / outlet logbook on operational issues to correct and implement measures for improvement in food, beverage and service standards.
