• At least 6 years of relevant working experience in dealing with corporate communications and media.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To provide support with claims (MediSave/Insurance/MCPS) and billing related matters and follow-up on pending claims and finalization of patient bills and processing of bill adjustments

• Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and schedules

• Take in receipts from claims payors (MediSave/Insurance/MCPS) and prepare claims aging and weekly status

• Follow up with IT vendor and resolve claims system issue

• Liaise with clinic ops on submission errors.

• Duties relating to debt collection

• Duty for systems team, to setup service codes and charging rules

• Ensure interfaces reconcile between internal and external system.

• Assist with other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accounting.

OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR:

FINANCE EXECUTIVE (Full Set)

Working days: 5 days (Office Hours)

Salary (Commensurate with Experience): $2,800 to $3,800 + Bonus

ONLY Singaporeans and PR.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts.
• Validate the completeness and accuracy of transactions by ensuring that all transactions are authorized, comply with prevailing policies and supporting documents are in order.
• Monitor integrity of system processes by conducting sampling of transactions to ensure payments are in order.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in accordance with documented processes.
• Ensure that transactional accounting postings to general ledgers are accurate for the purpose of charging to the correct accounts.
• Conduct training to a team of financial appointment holders on procedures for managing and controlling resources and expenditure so as to carry out procurement, payment and reimbursement activities on the finance systems.
• Assess and propose changes to the processes, procedures and systems to achieve high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in system designs and conduct user acceptance test to ensure that system design meets the operational requirements.
• Work closely with IT & relevant parties to resolve payment related issues and ensure payment timeliness.
• Develop, coach and motivate members of the team to deliver effective, responsive and customer-centric service to customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates with 2 years of experience with Accounts background or equivalent professional qualifications will have an advantage.
• Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• On the job training will be provided.
• Experience in the charity or nonprofit sector will be advantage.
