• Develop formal training plans and conduct on the job training sessions for Food & Beverage Department employees
• Attend and contribute to weekly Food & Beverage departmental meetings
• Inform the Food & Beverage Department on a daily basis of all relevant information on operational matters
• Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
• Ability to work on weekend and public holiday

Education

• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, building science, or construction science
• At leaset 5 year experience in construction Project Manager Role

Experience Experience working in the construction industry, Experience in project management, and Experience working on construction projects.
