He / She will process payments to our external partners and maintain up-to-date records of all invoices and receipts. Be a part of the Corporate Secretarial team leaders who work closely with and assist the Head of Department (“HOD”) to independently provide Corporate Secretarial services to clients. Job scope

Job Purpose

Compliance

· To assist Head of Compliance to manage a robust Compliance function in line with the Group Compliance Policy which provides assurance to the Board and senior management.
