About the Role:

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial modeling, billing, and expense management for Ampotech’s Singapore office and subsidiary companies in Southeast Asian markets including Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The role involves managing Ampotech finance staff and corporate service providers supporting accounting and tax matters in different countries. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• A minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in a senior Finance role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills
• Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting applications (e.g. XERO)
• Focused and goal oriented.
• Experience in dealing with start-up businesses and dealing with diverse stakeholders will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including performance management, financial accounting, budgeting, and corporate reporting across all four entities. The Finance Manager will also play a key role in implementing best practices to identify and mitigate financial and business risks while ensuring the organization meets its business objectives and financial targets.

• Oversee the organization’s financial accounting and corporate reporting functions.
• Act as a business partner to support organizational needs.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives.
• Manage management accounting and budgeting processes.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Drive the integration of information technology within the finance function.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and strategies.
