· Support OEM customers and distributors within the full Sales Process to optimally serve customer needs and be in compliance with law and regulations

· Provide a high level of customer service in maintaining, building and increasing customer confidences

· Responsible for increasing sales and market share in Philippines by penetrating key OEM dealerships, in particular Mitsubishi, Honda and Mazda brands

· Responsible for meeting financial sales targets set

· Responsible for achieving local OEM approvals for main brands; Mitsubishi, Honda, Mazda.

· Expand the distribution network and achieve the targets for sales while working closely with distributor

· Provide ad hoc training to OEM customers and distributors on Product/Technical

· Increase all customers including distributor alignment with the company by implementing a common vision and customer driver culture

Research and provide market updates on Automotive Refinishes trends.

Requirements

· Degree with at least 3 years of sales experience with a good track record of at least 1-2 years in managing distributors and OEM customers

· Proactive in communication skills, probing, listening & presenting

· Highly motivated to drive towards in achieving sales targets

· Effective application of sales process & supporting

· Ability to conduct basic level of technical training to customers and distributors

· Ability to manage and negotiate at all level with distributors and OEM customers

· Good understanding of the Vehicle Refinish Market and Bodyshop business

· Ability to maintain good relationship with key accounts/stakeholders and engage them proactively for future co-operation

• Execute the project successfully using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop construction plans focusing on quality, safety, and environmental standards, and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Create a master schedule, quality and safety plans, manage budgets, and understand project contract terms and conditions.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Manage site schedules, staff, and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee construction schedules, quality, and safety to reduce costs while complying with codes and client requirements.
• Implement approved installation methods and explore new, efficient methods to lower costs.
• Foster efficient communication on-site, improve staff skills, and handle issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  Min. 5 years of technical hands-on working experiences.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9000 / OSHAS 180000.
• Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.
