Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for Fire Safety and WSH for the building premises. Plan, coordinate and oversee activities related to fire-safety, emergency response, first-aid and business continuity.
• To provide fire safety report, incident reports for fire incidents or related emergencies for the buildings.
• Reviewing , monitoring, and putting in place measures to reduce any risky fire hazards for the premises.

  Conduct WSH induction , safety-related training and briefing for client, sub-contractors and staffs.
• Audit equipment, machineries and assets regularly to ensure that they are in good working condition and equipped with safety protection.
• Assess and analyze potential risks and make recommendations when new/second-hand equipment and machineries are purchased for use.
• Ensure that risk assessments for all work activities are conducted and briefed and to propose recommendation and review them when necessary.
• Assist with HQ Safety Department to liaise with MOM on site WSH issues.
• Advising the Facilities Management Team on WSH and Fire safety related matters.
• Assist in any other Senior Fire Safety Manager job duties as per assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any Engineering discipline/Building/Safety & Health/Environment related or any equivalent.
• Registered Senior Fire Safety Manager.
• At least 3 years of Fire Safety Manager and 2 years of workplace safety working experience in Singapore.
  Must be registered WSH Officer with MOM.

Our client is an award-winning global payments solution provider that simplifies online, cross-border and multi-currency transactions safely, securely and efficiently. They are a holistic payments technology provider of merchant acquisition, card issuance, remittance and B2B payments. As a global payment facilitator that interconnects different payment options and types, they specialise in helping Chinese companies to scale the global market.

This position will report to Project Manager, whose main job scope focuses on delivering digital payment solutions across the company products and ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development and implement delivery strategy on centralized/corporate-driven products and services (Integration, API, portal, reporting, analytics tools).
• Manage product delivery of customer-vertical-specific payment through partnership with technology and marketing team.
• Collaborate cross-organizationally with sales, marketing, service quality, operations, risk management, and other relevant functional areas to manage all aspects of product and solution rollouts.
• Assume ownership and responsibility of overall scope, quality, budget and schedule for product delivery from initiation through successful implementation.
• Continually anticipate, identify risks and issues and prioritize, mitigate, manage and own the resolution.
• Generate and continuously maintain reporting data for respective products, reporting to upper management as necessary.
• Assist inter-team to: Manage and develop external vendor or service partner relationship for
• development and delivery plan on 3rd party products. Work closely with strategic partners on payment integration, product packaging and solutions, including support and implementation of proposition and customer focused strategy.
• Support cross-functional/cross-country teams in continuous customer engagement to improve our products and enhance our value proposition in each local market.
• Review processes with a view to improving them continuously.
• All other duties as assigned.
