ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Capital Markets & Strategic Finance to lead our financial strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will oversee capital planning, fundraising, financial analysis, and investor relations to support our business growth and long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning:

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Director in overseeing the Company’s account by ensuring the accounting records are recorded timely and accurately.

Work Experience & Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Qualified accountant with ACCA, CIMA, Singapore CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Job Summary

This role has a direct reporting line to the CFO. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting all Business Units (BU) on all finance-related matters, including financial analysis, cost modeling, preparation and review of monthly and annual accounts, annual budgets and forecasts.
