Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly quantitative, process and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the central team of our APAC Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSPO) Team. The mission of the APAC SSPO team is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization – through strategic planning, driving critical projects in partnership with cross functional teams and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be part of the central APAC SSPO team. The central team covers reporting, planning and operational processes and works with the broader APAC SSPO team and other cross functional teams to drive implementation of strategic decisions. Responsibilities

• Support management in strategic, business and operational planning. Support key leadership meetings and offsites, facilitate leadership alignment on key issues and opportunities

• 7+ years of experience leading strategy and operations projects in a consulting environment, corporate strategy/operations team, quantitative field (e.g. investment banking, private equity) or similar tech company
• Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
