Job Scope:

• Maintain & review the tool to ensure updated list prices, approval matrix
• Support roll-out to countries/divisions
• Maintain and improve the tool based on feedback.
• Improve Power BI reporting to show pricing impacts on P&L and support reporting cycles.
• Track accruals and payouts in a consistent format.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for the projects mentioned above.

Requirements:

• Minimum degree or studying for a degree
• Able to commit for 6 months minimum for 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Maintain transaction of AR and AP including but not limited to process payments, issue invoices, staff reimbursements, bank reconciliations and general ledger.
• GST preparation and submission
• Insurance claims for medical and work injury incidents
• Medical claims/ insurance claims/ allowance claims.
• Provide HR administrative and corporate services
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claims, grants, programmes and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims
• Any other ad-hoc activities assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting
• Min 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in an accounting and admin role is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and good team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple duties and responsibilities at one time
• SAGE, Excel and Word

• Serve as the Test Manager, comprehensively understanding business requirements for the Core Banking System, Fund Transfer, and other related banking systems, ensuring all testing in alignment with the requirements
• Responsible for conducting IT software testing
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient teamwork throughout the testing process.
• Key stakeholders include: End users, system development teams, and back-office departments from the head office Test support teams from other IT vendors and Offshore vendors

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting IT project test phases within the banking sector.
• Experience in IT software testing, with prior experience as an IT professional in a banking or financial institution will be advantageous.
• Lead the creation of test plans and test definitions for banking IT systems, demonstrating knowledge in software quality management including software testing methodologies, including the creation of test plans, test documentation, execution of test cases, and analysis of test results.
• Experience in managing risk and control processes, including timely escalation and resolution of significant issues to management.
• Proven experience in collaboration, teamwork, and strong leadership in managing stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated project engagement skills, including the preparation and presentation of regular reports and documentation, effective communication of project status and progress to stakeholders and IT teams, and alignment with business priorities.
