Core Function:
The incumbent will assist in increasing the awareness and mindshare of the NUS Business School globally in support of driving more traffic from various key markets to the school.

Our client is an MNC Design Consultancy with offices across Singapore, India, Australia, US, and Europe. Currently, they are looking for a Interior Designer to support the growth of our client’s interior design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing design projects from concept to completion
• Maintaining high standards of design and client satisfaction
• Present design proposals and make adjustments based on client feedback
• Conduct site visits and inspections
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for projects
• Reviews drawings with the Designer and Documentation Team Supervisor for quality, buildability and coordination
• Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day management of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Interior design / Architecture design / Civil / Construction Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of project management in commercial offices
• Well versed in dealing with building management & BCA
• Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and licensing requirements
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Corporate workplace projects / public spaces / commercial office projects experience
• Site supervisor for relevant projects can be consider for the position
• Working arrangement :comfortable WFH permanently but need to go to site for work purposes when there is a need to
