Job Role:
· Building & maintaining relationships with various client advisers, client adviser assistants, custodians, counterparties, stock lending, risk and offshore teams.

· Manage the risk and controls of the corporate actions processes and continue to evolve/streamline/minimise risk across income, mandatory and voluntary events.

· Assist and drive the implementation of various change initiatives for the corporate action processes.

· Work closely with the APAC Wealth Management Corporate Actions team to provide day to day support, assist in meeting their objectives and strategies, and achieve their business plans for the year.

The Wealth Management APAC Wealth Management Corporate Actions team covers front to back processing of all income events and corporate actions across equities, bonds, funds, structured products, and private equity in all global markets.

Job Description & Requirements

• To implement all aspects of sales related activities such as planning, monitoring and measuring all customers within the defined territory.
• To be fully conversant with all products within the group and managing a portfolio of clients within a designated market segments and to seek business for hotel.
• To be involved in all sales related activities like participation in sales roadshow/blitzes and attendance in trade function, trade shows and promotions as directed.
• To put into motion all sales leads and organize hotel and facilities familiarization tours for clients and potential customers. To implement programmes to win continued customer’s loyalty.
• To develop productive sales relationship with all customers and potential customers and managing of key accounts effectively.
• Preparation of sales report and annual sales budget.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Assistant Cook Job Description:

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

Assistant Cook duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients

• Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards

• Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment

• Buying, weighing and storing ingredients and food supplies

• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens

• Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organising the storeroom

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

• Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

• Maintain and manage kitchen expenses,food costs, inventory, and staffing with in budgetary limits.

• Able to cook north Indian food.

• Able to do shift work.
