Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging social media content to showcase our latest events, products, and creative projects. Collaborate with the team to maintain an active online presence and build brand awareness.
• Software Proficiency: Master software tools essential for seamless photo booth operations.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
• Product Photo Shoots: Coordinate high-quality product photo shoots that align with our brand standards.
• Studio Exploration & Customization: Explore and implement studio setup and customization options to elevate client experience.
• Client Servicing: Engage with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and support.
• Photography Projects: Plan and execute creative and outdoor photography projects, demonstrating versatility in various styles and themes.

Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Experience with photography equipment and studio tools (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Software Skills: Familiarity with photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Inventory, Shipping, and IT teams to ensure proper storage allocation for incoming goods and arrange transportation for outbound shipments to retail outlets and customers
• Monitor and manage current stock levels, generating reports to track inventory movement
• Develop and implement system solutions to improve and streamline logistics processes.
• Ensure on-time delivery of goods to retail outlets and customers

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Minimum Diploma
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of ERP and MYOB an additional advantage

1. WORK PASS

- Work Permit, PRC, PLOC, SPASS Application, cancellation, Renewal, & Adhoc issues with foreign worker.

2. NEA BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL (2 Years 1 Times)

- Update worker training list & Arrange training schedule.

3. ISO, BIZSAFE STAR (Yearly)

- Document preparation

4. PURCHASE (Monthly)

- Prepare Purchase Order, crosscheck supplier invoice with DO and PO before make payment.

- Issue cheque to supplier.

5. JOB VACANCY POSTING

- Post advertisement on newspaper.

6. PAYROLL

- Create employee profile

- Prepare & follow up employment contract for the new employee

- Key in, check attendance, and process payroll by using Info-Tech.

- Scan, File and upload employee related form to the system – AL, MC, Employment Contract, Attendance.

7. Any ad-hoc administrative matter assigned by management related to support operational activity.
