Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally within the F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Solid understanding of payroll management, compensation, and employee relations.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.

Purpose and Scope

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Point of contact to receive breakdown activations from Ops/CRM and to ensure all breakdowns are delegated and attended to by technicians with duly filled service report forms submitted daily.
