Key Responsibilities

• Checking all the inward documents with the provided list from customer.
• Document Preparation – Removing documents from bindings, removing staples, removing tags & binders.
• Scanning – Scanning of documents with production scanner.
• Quality Control – Checking all the scanned images with original documents and marking all the errors.
• Capturing indexes from documents and populating them in Excel or Word.
• Filling up all the records and reports required for daily production.
• Helping logistic person to receive and deliver documents from various clients.
