Strategy and Advisory

Skills/Requirement

5+ years of working experience as an Infrastructure engineer implementing and managing various technologies relevant to Corporate Technology.

Excellent and proven knowledge of Microsoft technologies including but not limited to Windows Server, Office365, Active Directory, Clustered File Services, DNS, Group Policy, DFS, PKI etc.

Strong knowledge and working experience of desktop imaging and deployment mechanisms leveraging technologies like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows ADK and WDS.

Strong experience in automation and scripting languages (Powershell knowledge preferred)

Strong knowledge and working experience with design and implementation of VDI

environments leveraging technologies like Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix Application Layering

HP ThinClient and HP Device Manager knowledge preferred but not required.

Experience working with various collaboration technologies: Messaging, Video, and Voice

Strong knowledge and working experience with designing, implementing, and supporting different Virtualization technology including VMware, Nutanix, and Acropolis

Experience with different storage technologies and connectivity including iSCSI and NFS.

Experience with third-party SSO providers

Experience with enterprise backup configuration and data recovery

Proven ability to work effectively independently and within a team using own initiative.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Deputy Vice President, Sales and Experience Development with the key scope of:
• Responsible for prospecting, selling and closing of agreements with primary focus on meeting and incentive programs.
• Identify new business opportunities, derive business strategies and build prospective pipeline to grow the share of local corporate sales for Mandai.
• Ability to identify business potential to develop new clients and business to expand client base both locally and regionally.
• Identify and develop local corporate, meeting and social events business based on current venues. Ability to upsell and cross sell opportunities.
• Implement and execute end to end MICE process from prospecting, management of leads pipeline, proposal, negotiation, closure and agreement.
• Implement and execute annual sales plan addressing revenue, customers and sales activity plan to achieve the overall events sales revenue goals.
• Personally manage and actively supervise the management of selected key accounts from various corporate industries.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to recommend the appropriate services and facilities to end- users.
• Maintain and update of the current and future competitor’s performance, product enhancement, pricing and sales programs.
• Negotiate with stakeholders, business partners and clients to achieve the optimal commercial benefits in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies.
• Analyze, forecast, measure and report the results of various corporate products to help optimize revenue growth.

Job Requirements:

• Degree with minimally 8 years of relevant work experience in Tourism and Hospitality, MICE, Corporate Sales and/ or Events.
• Possess a strong network on business contacts over the course of career.
• Sales- driven and result- oriented to meet revenue goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of personal energy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with an analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills.
