• Mapping requirements & providing them best solutions involving evaluation & definition of scope of project and finalization of project requirements
• Conducting continuous interaction with customers to ensure that areas of concern are addressed promptly for improved pre-set service levels; ensuring control mechanisms by reviewing current processes to avert process gaps
• Designing and implementing accounting systems & procedures; supervising the timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of accounts
• Handling the consolidation of branch accounts, reconciliation of all concerned accounts, preparation of annual accounts, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with Statutory Acts like Income Tax, Service Tax, Excise, PF, ESI, VAT, TDS, etc.
• Looking after the preparation of statutory books of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Party Reconciliation and Consolidated Reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms

· Handle quarterly GST submission and receivables

· Perform Accounts Payable function (i.e process invoices and payments)

· Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations & etc

· Prepare monthly management reports

· Preparing documents for annual audits and liaising with auditors

· Liaise and communicate with internal related departments

· Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards

· Preparation of monthly cash flow

· Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

1. Draft, review, and archive a variety of contracts, ensuring precision, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company policies.
2. Develop compelling promotional content for projects, support marketing initiatives, and strengthen brand visibility and market impact.
3. Collect, verify, and manage client project information to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely submission of required documentation.
4. Assist sales managers with project-related tasks, including preparing essential documents and materials to optimize workflow efficiency.
5. Track project progress, maintain proactive client engagement, deliver exceptional after-sales support, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher, preferably in business administration, communications, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 year of relevant professional experience; candidates with expertise in business coordination or copywriting are highly desirable.
3. Demonstrate professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and teams.
4. Excellent bilingual communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, with proven ability to manage and process dual-language documentation effectively.
