JD for the role is as follows:

1. Primary scope of activity will relate to the KYC function, including:
2. Coordinating and performing customer onboarding and periodic reviews;

As Catering Sales Manager (Corporate), you will drive business through direct sales solicitation for the corporate segment and support overall catering revenue for the hotel.

FINANCIAL RETURNS

• Manage banquets / events functions to achieve the optimum departmental revenue targets
• Follow up on potential sales leads

What we need from you

• Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Tourism/Hospitality Management/Travel or equivalent

• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
