Job Description

ClearSK Medical Aesthetics Group is inviting a Corporate Development Analyst to support our strategic growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in analyzing and monitoring the progress of our corporate development projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing and Corporate Development Director in strategic project analysis and monitoring.
• Analyze daily reports and trackers from program PICs to assess performance against KPIs.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on quantitative analysis to guide corporate development strategies.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to prospective customers in MNC segment, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Funds, FDI/ FPI segment which have presence in ASEAN regions and with strong business linkages to India.
• Originating and onboarding (with complete KYC) new corporate customers and developing and maintaining good relationships with the customers.

Job Description

• To achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the Director of Sales, Corporate
• Building long term business relationship and analysis on performance of each account.
• Minimum of 20 quality sales contact per week, including sales visits, site inspection and entertainment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Corporate Finance Managerto lead and execute strategic financial initiatives for the company and its associate entities. This role requires a highly analytical and proactive professional who can drive financial planning, ensure operational efficiency, and provide valuable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning:

• Develop and execute the company’s corporate finance strategy to align with business objectives.
• Lead long-term financial planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with growth targets

2. Investor Relations:

• Drive equity and debt financing efforts, including preparing pitch decks, financial models, and engaging with existing and prospective investors

• Work with lines of business and other finance teams to develop new product analysis, including portfolio/collateral characteristics, peer group funding analysis and collateral comparison, rating agency report review, and any other information to support new product funding strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
