Job Description

1. Develop and execute creative campaigns and compile into a weekly content calendar to review schedule aligned with brand objectives

2. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product developer/buyer/marketing) on relevant promotional content to be posted on vast social media channels

3. Events planning, incuding but not limited to venue sourcing for popup booths and/or collaborating with businesses and partners in partaking marketing collaborations together.

4. Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers. These activities should be tracked for analysis purposes.

5. Any other adhoc duties requested by direct supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing communications
• Experience in beauty and/or FMCG industry will be preferred
• Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to report directly to management
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to business needs

Monthly basic salary + commission

Responsibilities:

• Present, demonstrate and sell Company’s range of automobiles.
• Follow up on sales leads and reports.
• Abide in the Company’s internal work processes and documentation.
• Possess good product knowledge and sales presentations skills.
• Maintain good customer relationships (effectively resolve customers’ complaints together with the company to ensure good customer service).
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Certificate.

· Creating and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensuring accuracy of financial information.

· Ensure monthly bank reconciliations are done properly.

· Co ordinate with the banks for LC / Trade finance related queries.

· Assist in trade finance matters such as Letter of Credit (“LC”) issuance, LC negotiation etc.

· Coordinate with relationship managers for banking and trade related queries.

· Liaise with banks to follow up on TT payments and receipts.

· Prepare and submit quarterly GST and withholding tax to IRAS.

· Manage receivable and payables from customers and suppliers.

· Budgets Vs Actual Comparison and Analysis.

· Statutory compliances including but not limited to taxes, Audits.

· Analysis of expenditure proposals including capex and marketing expenses.

· General admin duties and other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for full sets of Accounts
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial statements
• Prepare financial statements, payments, AR billings, journals, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliations, staff reimbursements, GST submission etc.
• Prepare management reports i.e. project analytics, revenue, costs, cash flows, AP, AR, Related Party Transactions reconciliation for group reporting & etc.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on billings, payments, reconciliations, audit, taxation matters
• Assist in banking matters, account opening, LC, insurance bond & etc.
• Assist in corporate secretarial activities
• Coordination for physical inventory and fixed assets count on an ad-hoc basis
• Responsible for statistical filing
• Hands-on and work with other team members for finance deliverables

Requirements

• Accounting Degree, Partial ACCA or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts with reputable companies
• Proficient in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint & etc
• Good communication, organization and administration skills
• Hand-on experience in Navision accounting software is an advantage
• Experience in construction industry is an advantage
