• Working with the team managing the organization’s international engagements on the processing of requests (e.g. speaker invites, invitation to attend conferences / events, etc).
• Corresponding directly with liaison officers from the requesting party to clarify details and seek more information, before putting up a recommendation.
• Assist with maintaining of records relating to international engagements and correspondences.
• Assist with managing and execution of major events involving international participants, visitors and foreign visitors’ organizations.

Job requirements:

• Only Singaporean.
• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.

• Co-steer the agency's business and cultural directions in collaboration with senior management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or of related discipline
• At least 2 - 5 years of marketing experience within agency
• Experienced in agency operations and workflow
• Experienced in leading and guiding a team
