The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role involves managing corporate meetings, maintaining statutory records, handling statutory filings, and providing general administrative support to the legal/company secretarial team.

What you will be doing:

Corporate Governance and Meetings:

· Prepare and circulate agendas, notices, and other materials for board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings.
