As an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Sector Integration, you will be part of a team that is working to build an integrated and resilient care ecosystem that enables and empowers seniors to age in place. You will engage with key stakeholders and work on projects that will help promote connections and partnerships across different stakeholders in the social and health sector that will work together to support our seniors.

• Develop, implement, monitor and review enablers that will help build an integrated care ecosystem. These include funding administration, care model development, design and implementation of standardised processes and templates, and the design and monitoring of performance indicators and dashboards.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders including MOH, the Regional Health Systems, Primary Care and Community Care Providers to identify gaps and barriers to the building of an integrated care system
• Identify and systematise enablers and solutions that close gaps, overcome barriers and lead to better health and social outcomes for our clients
• Develop and implement rapid prototyping of solutions and evaluate its effectiveness in mitigating systems barriers to building of an integrated care ecosystem
• Support the development and rollout of IT enablers
• Work with stakeholders on programme review and evaluation
• Synthesize the learnings and experience for improvement in programme design and implementation
• Identify best-practices and implement platforms for cross sharing and learnings between providers
• Build close relationships with key stakeholders to encourage partnerships and collaborations that will help seniors age well in place.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised degree in any discipline with 2 years of work experience or entry level candidates with relevant skillsets are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review the organization's insurance portfolio, ensuring coverage aligns with risk profiles and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and legal teams to negotiate insurance terms, customize plans, and track budgets.
• Support financial analysis, forecasting, and cost-saving strategies related to insurance and risk management.
• Oversee the entire insurance claims process, ensuring timely submissions, settlements, and proper documentation.
• Analyze claims trends, recommend actions to reduce future claims, and prepare risk management reports for senior management.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure risk management processes and insurance policies comply with statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to identify risks, conduct assessments, and implement appropriate insurance solutions.
• Support the development, monitoring, and revision of risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Perform risk reviews for contracts and projects, and prepare regular reports on risk exposure, insurance coverage, and claims analysis for senior management.
• Conduct workshops and create materials to enhance awareness of insurance and risk management practices across the organization.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, aligning insurance and risk management with organizational goals and serving as a point of contact for inquiries.
• Coordinate crisis management efforts, ensuring effective collaboration and real-time communication during emergencies.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance and claims, risk management, or related fields.
• Experience within the supply chain industry or in a corporate risk management role is preferred.
• Understanding in various insurance products (General and Finance Lines).
• Proficient in use of MS Office Applications / Microsoft Power Platform Applications

Job Descriptions

• To lead and manage a team of warehouse personnels

• Conduct cycle and Physical count

• Ensure accurate cycle and physical counts conducted and accuracy of warehouse inventories

• Received all goods delivered to store and update the inhouse system on goods status (PO & RMA, Receipt)

• To manage inventory and administrative duties inventory housekeeping (Scrap and Adjustment)

• Conduct physical inventory stock take yearly

• Practice 5 S house keeping

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Operations and Assistant Head of Operations Administrations in all daily tasks and matters in the Operations Department.

• Coordinate with Operations Department and Sales & Marketing Department in project executions, including processing customer purchase order, creating delivery orders and return forms, arranging equipment testing and maintenance, as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.

• Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to

customers as well as following up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects.

• Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting to Accounts Department for timely payment to vendors.
