Responsibilities:

• Participating and abiding by all HSSEQ policy, procedures and rules to ensure that the workplace is a safe environment and services are delivered to client’s requirements

• Planning, Developing and Delivering of HSSEQ training for staff, visitors, contractors, hauliers and CERT Team
• Responding to Non-conformities, Near Misses and Accidents to provide support to Operations, CERT Team and other departments. Investigates and provide recommendations to address root causes of the non-conformities, near misses and accidents. Follow up and close incident actions promptly
• Prepare and organise Monthly HSSEQ Committee Meetings and Monthly HSSE trainings
• Responsible for Site Security and managing Security Agency providing 24hrs site security services

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering and Degree in Safety Health and Environment
• Degree in Engineering and WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C)
• Preferably registered WSHO and FSM
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a logistics, manufacturing, petrochemical and/or industrial environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong operational background and a keen eye for details
