1. Role Description

This position reports directly to the CEO and interfaces closely with our Administrative and HR department. Parklab will train him/her to become a proficient individual under versatile environment. 2. Specific Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts
• Submission of GST
• ARs and APs
• Accounting of petty cash
• Issuance of tax invoice
• Reporting of P&L and balance sheet
• Any bank related matters
• Financial advisory

3. Competencies

1. Learn to work with the accountant and the CEO to deliver the full financial report on a yearly basis.

2. Submission of GST to IRAS

3. Gain experience with Human Resources Online Systems (LMS / Payroll) and Accounting System.

• In charge of the operational procurement process for ship’s requirements.
• Negotiate / communicate with suppliers specifying quality, quantity, and delivery schedules
• Schedule, arrange, and follow-up on logistics to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of
• items on board
• Monitor schedules of the assigned group of vessels to optimize deliveries on board
• Proactively participate in department meetings and other activities.

• Basic knowledge on how to use website
• Able to communicate with customers and sell products
• Issue customer invoice, data entry, filing and other general admin duties, i.e. answering phone calls, etc
• Liase with suppliers for ordering, quotation and others matters.
• Responsible with work and able to help with ad-hoc duties given.

Academic Qualification:

• Min. 'A' Levels / Diploma equivalent

Working Experience:

• 2 years of working experience preferred (Fresh grads may apply)
• Handle and manage tender submission via portals such as GeBIZ (Govt), SESAMi, Zycus, Ariba, etc
• Meet deadlines for tender submissions
• Good knowledge of MS Office apps
• Experience in bid submissions would be an advantage

• Experience working with top-tier IT services companies, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape
• Skilled in gross-profit planning, marketing strategy implementation, and trend analysis
• Adept at setting sales objectives, forecasting sales volumes, and tracking market trends and competitors
