• Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors for maintenance works
• Supervise work done by the contractors and ensure their performance are in conformance with the service level agreements.
• Facilities inspection to ensure all preventive maintenance works are completed without defect
• Ensure monthly reports/claims are accurately maintained and submitted to client in a timely manner
• Report to the client on the progress of work in connection to the contract and attend to any complaints they have
• To monitor progress payments and ensure they are promptly received from client and also made to all vendors involved.
• Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements
• Any other instructions issued from time to time by line manager/ client

• At least a diploma related to Building/ Property Management/ Facilities & Estate Management
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Team player and also able to work independently
• Able to join in occasional meetings on Sat (Average of once in 3 months)

Financial Accounting & Reporting (Accounting)

Full time from $3,500

Responsibilities :

- Handle full sets of account

- Handle Payment (AP, payroll & claim) and Receipt (AR & income)

- Monthly Bank Reconciliation

- Prepare month end closing entries/schedules

- GST and Income tax submission

- Minimal HR duties such as renewal / new applicationand insurance matters

- Any other ad-hor related duties and assignments assigned from time to time

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Enforces the golf rules stipulated under the Club Rules Handbook such as order to play, control hours, time sheet bookings, when and who are eligible to play on the course, handicap certifications, maintenance of handicaps.

2. Assists the Head of Department to manage and executing all the golf activities and private tournaments.

3. Supervises the Golf department to ensure smooth departmental operations.

4. Briefs, motivates and communicates with golfing staff regularly to forge closer working relationships with staff, to identify and solve work challenges.

5. Plans duty roster for junior staff.

6. Attend monthly sub-committee meeting and any other ad-hoc golf-related meetings.

7. Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum “O” level with five years of related working experience preferably with a Golf Rules certificate issued by the Golf Associations, ie, Royal & Ancient of St. Andrews or USGA.

· Knowledge of golf rules, handicapping and golf operations.

· Knowledge of golf course maintenance is helpful to identify possible problems on the golf course.

· Planning and organizing skills to execute golf competitions and events.

· Knowledge of golf computer scoring.

· Knowledge of different competition formats.

· Ability to lead and supervise golf staff.

· Good communication skills and ability to relate to members’ requests and expectations.
