Job Descriptions

• Support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the mall operates at optimum level
• Assist in annual budgeting, managing and administering all maintenance contracts and supervising expense for the operational needs of the mall
• Assist in the implementation of renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the mall
• Liaise with Contract & Procurement team, manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the mall.
