1. Facilities and Housekeeping Services

• Oversee the strategizing, execution, and refinement of digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Set direction, review progress and making mid-course corrections

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/International Marketing
• Min 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial level Hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing experience
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player, and able to multitask.
• Well verse in strategic planning, managing, and executing marketing projects or campaigns

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead our front sales activities in the Polymer and Crystallization (POFC) sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake sales and marketing of Sulzer Polymer and Crystallization Technology in Japan.
• Focal point for Sulzer Crystallization Technology in Southeast Asia.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the Polymer and Crystallization markets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations to showcase the benefits and features of Sulzer Polymer and Crystallization Technology.
• Ensure that all technical and commercial specifications are received, clarified and agreed with customer prior to order stage.
• Co-ordinate all proposal activities with Process, and Product-line Management teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Follow up projects monthly and update CRM daily.
• Assist Project Management and Engineering during project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Involved in organization of marketing activities such as tradeshow, conference and digital content.
• Any other duties that are assigned by superior.
• 40% travelling is expected.
