-Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and operations to ensure financial stability and growth.
-Manage financials, including audits and reporting, to maintain transparency and compliance.
3.Membership and Community Engagement:
-Expand and engage our membership base.
-Build a vibrant AI community through strategic engagement and event curation.
4.Event and Program Excellence:
-Direct the planning and execution of impactful events and programs.
-Enhance our reputation and influence through summits, competitions, seminars, and social activities.
5.Partnership and Advocacy:
-Forge and nurture partnerships to secure resources and support.
-Advocate for policies that foster AI development, aligning with our members' interests.
6.Governance and Team Leadership:
-Collaborate with the Board and members for effective governance.
-Lead and inspire our team, ensuring we meet legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
1.Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Computer Science); advanced degree a plus.
2.Experience: More than 8 years in leadership roles, investment and financing management, with a background in non-profits or tech is preferred.
3.Skills: Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and people leadership. Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
4.Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI, its applications, and experience in tech ecosystem application.
5.Personal Attributes: A compelling communicator and collaborator with a vision for AI's societal benefits, result and data driven.
