As an Account Executive for a local M& E Maintenance Company, you'll be responsible for various accounting tasks, such as keeping track of financial records, preparing reports, and ensure all the records are accurate and up to date. Main Responsibilities

· Maintain and Prepare Company Account– accounts receivables, accounts payables, reconciliations, invoicing and quotations,

· Follow up with Payment Response, and Issued Tax Invoice ensuring payment on time,

· Proactively follow up on subcontractors and customers’ queries, resolves any outstanding AR issues, discrepancies and invoices,

· Matching and checking of vendor’s Invoices, DO, PO and quotations,

· Ensure all payments are properly authorized with supported documentation,
