Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving the sales target required by the company
• Responsible for maintaining/developing relationships with the company’s partners, and growing the partnership through the various sales interactions.
• Responsible for identifying new channel accounts, developing new business opportunities for the company
• Responsible for providing quality customer service to the various partners, striving to exceed their expectations
• Responsible for developing a successful pipeline management program for the company, ensuring the fulfilment of these sales inquiries
• In charge of updating the company’s partners with the latest information (eg, latest products, marketing programs, etc.)
• In charge of monitoring the various partner’s performance through the necessary reviews, as well as managing their incentive programs
• In charge of analysing and forecasting the company’s business activities, reporting to the key management stakeholders when required
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology or other relevant fields of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in the IT/ICT/Cyber Security industry
• Relevant IT/ICT/Cybersecurity certification will be an advantage

Job Description:

• Raise journals for cost recovery and reimbursement to the stakeholders
• Assist in generating Paynow QR code for recoveries/incoming receipts
• Monitor and administer asset records
• Monitor incoming emails to FMU’s email account and address queries
• Disseminate bank statements to relevant officers
• Monitor and update trackers such as payments, journals, assets, deposit records, Paynow QR codes
• Perform monthly review of CSD’s corporate travel transactions
• Raise service requests to Vital on daily operation tasks such as delegation forms and journals, deposit records etc
• Assist in monthly review of Corp pass users
• Request for credit card transactions approval documents

Work Schedule:

• Monthly Salary: $2,390/month

The client is a stable corporate solutions arm of a law firm, with a steady flow of SGX-listed and privately held clients.

Responsibilities

This is a newly created team contributor role working alongside a lean corporate secretarial team.

You will be eased into a portfolio comprising of some Chinese speaking clients (both SGX-listed and pte ltd) and gradually exposed to more complex corporate secretarial matters.

This role requires someone who is a strong team player and able to adapt well into the team's working style and SOP.

Requirements

Someone with at least 3 years service provider experience and has demonstrated basic working knowledge in SGX listing work.

Ideally able to fit into a nimble working environment and take instructions well.

An open mind and a willingness to learn will help this person succeed in this role.
