Job Responsibilities:

Full spectrum of AP & AR functions

Bank reconciliation

Manage petty cash

Prepare monthly schedules & recurring journal entries

Perform monthly reconciliation & follow up for Account Payables, Account Receivables and Key Accounts

Apply trade credit limit & report overdue

Other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time, including temporary support to Australia entity

Requirements:

· Possess Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

· Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

· Proficient in Microsoft office application.

· Comfortable with contractual role
