Responsibilities:

• Provide support to sale department

• Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc

• Preparation of documents for Import / Export/ Transhipments / D/O release

• Verifying for all costs

• Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc

• Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment

Job responsibilities:

• Collate, verify and analyze the returns from HTA Centres re. the data for end-of-course evaluations to populate the HTA Evaluation Dashboard and evaluation reports.
• Monitor and track on a daily basis user issues surfaced re. HTLMS1.0 and HTLMS2.0, as well as track status and completion of issues raised.
• Assist the HTDs on daily HTLMS1.0 and HTLMS2.0 queries.
• Assist in training management matters for courses e.g. proper documentation and issuance of laptops for training, liaising with vendors to ensure smooth running of courses, procure refreshments (where required) across the 3 branches.
• Assist in procurement of services relating to the different streams of works across the 3 branches such as tender for Smart Classroom, training services for LMS 2.0, delivery of training programmes amongst others.
• Support the conduct of CLS initiatives pertaining to the 2 CoEs (including but not limited to) such as Communities of Practice and exploration of technology

What we are looking for:

• Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience in project management would be advantageous
• Prior experience in managing learning management systems e.g. tracking of utilisation data would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full set of accounting for inter-companies that includes General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Fixed Assets
• Process invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment and collection
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual year end closing and monthly management reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST tax filings and other statutory filings
• Handle bank reconciliations and ensure proper cash flow management
• Responsible for statutory reporting requirements and external audit processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations for all accounting entries
• Liaise with external parties such as bankers, auditors, tax agents and other government authorities on accounting related matters
• Review, implement financial processes and policies to strengthen internal control and enhance operational efficiency
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or its equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience managing full set of accounts for inter-companies
• Strong understanding of IFRS and tax regulations
• Proficient with MS Office application and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Meticulous, analytical with strong organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
