1. Primary scope of activity will relate to the KYC function, including:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the tasks of Admin Associate
• Support Admin Associate with client enquiries
• Work with Admin to manage service collections according to Finance Manual with integrity and follow up on any outstanding payments promptly
• Review and keep outreach materials updated
• Coordinate outreach with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with Volunteers for cleaning services and microjobbers assignments
• Program planning and execution for HCS related programmes
• Participate in innovation and quality improvement projects
• Coordinate and work with third party service providers in care delivery (together with manager and nurse)
• Coordinates Home Care services for potential / existing clients and ensure services are delivered as per agreement / service contract
• Raise referrals for eligible clients via IRMS for services required
• Assess and submit clients' Household Means Testing and/or Financial Assistance applications when required and follow up on renewals before expiry
• Coordinate and manage public relations information or events
• Perform any ad hoc tasks given by supervisors

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Management or any fields are welcome

Relevant Experience:

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Singapore.

Role Description:

• Negotiate and close deals: Source and Secure new business opportunities and expand existing accounts, exceeding sales targets and contributing to company growth.

• Build strong relationships: Foster trust and collaboration with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and demonstrating the value of our product.

• Perform pre-sales and post-sales applications to customers of Clinics, Centres, and hospitals.

• Regular sales calls, daily visits to clinics, hospitals, and medical centers

• Promote sales activities and perform product demonstrations for selling of company’s products

Qualifications

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Internal Sales Engineer is responsible for the preparation and delivering technical presentation and quotations explaining products or services to customers and engineers to assess equipment/screens needs and to determine customer’s requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Maintain existing customers' accounts.

2) Respond to customers' enquiries, follow-up and provide solutions to clients.

3) Review and prepare sales quotation as per customer's enquiries.

4) Provide regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.

5) Prepare weekly and monthly sales report. Conduct PPM (pre-production meeting).

6) Sales coordination between factory and overseas sales offices.

8) Conduct a thorough contract review with the clients prior receiving Sales Order confirmation.

9) Ensure correct and full information about the Sales order are passed to engineering and production. Able to prepare job sheets with all relevant client requirements in it.

10) Support team in preparing marketing, sales & presentation materials.

11) Provide information to team on market forecast and participate in market analysis.

4. Software/Hardware : Presentation tools, sales/CRM tools, Microsoft office( word, ppt, Excel – pivot, vlookup), ERP System. Preferably has some knowledge on CAD tool like solid works, inventor or pro-E and able to read drawings.
