• Carry out inspection of sites
• Photo taking regularly, weekly and monthly basis
• Prepare photo reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Assess and monitor project status on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
• Preparing documentation and reporting on daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
• Follow-ups to inspection observations
• Report to Senior Project Manager on daily and regular basis
• Carry out other project-related duties as required.

• Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics

• Liaising with frontend and backend departments to promote programs and campaigns

• Working closely with team and coordinators

• Website and social media platform content update and content writing

• Organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities

• Ensuring marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline

• Organised, meticulous, results-oriented and can handle stress and tight deadlines

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment

• Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player

• Handle customer complain

Job Descriptions:

• Handle sales activity in sales department
• Trading function in steel department including sales & marketing
• To manage the existing accounts and establish new accounts for steel related products.
• Correspond & coordinate with clients, overseas offices and headquarters on daily activities.
• Manage order processing and logistics arrangement request.
• Manage risk management of customer’s credit lines and stock inventories.
• Ensure all logistics activities are well coordinated.
• Ensure payments receivable and payable are all made on time.
• Manage and entertain overseas guests and customers to ensure their well-being.
• Travel around Asia Pacific region to meet/ visit customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• 2-3 years of physical sales experiences
• Knowledge in steel products/Non ferrous products
• Class 3 driving license
• Must be willing to travel overseas and attend to entertainment sessions
