• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Fluent in Chinese and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting standards.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

• Experience with blockchain technology solutions and familiarity with crypto assets is preferred.

Job Description:

• To assist in the planning, managing and implementation of operational processes of the department.
• To ensure the department Policy, Procedures and work Instruction document is always accurate and updated
• To help in collating statistics at regular intervals for monitoring and management reporting.
• Arrange working meetings and provide secretariat support for the department, both internal and external to the organisation.
• To document notes of meeting accurately and within agreed timeframe.
• To prepare meeting materials ie slides, handouts, meeting agenda, for meetings called by the project managers and clinical leads.
• Provides effective and timely support and assistance for the design and implementation of initiatives as part of the dept programmes, projects and pilots.
